
Under the leadership of the Director, Sundar Gopal Das, ISKCON Youth Forum [IYF] Delhi celebrated its annual Youth Festival, ‘VIPLAVA- A Revolution in Consciousness’, from October 14th to 16th 2022, at Shri Govardhan Dham, this time for 5000 youths gathering from more than 10 different states of the country.
ISKCON Youth Forum, the youth wing of ISKCON Delhi has been for more than a decade now, engaged in organizing seminars, holding festivals, and conducting development programs with the prime objective of empowering youngsters to unleash their potential and become servant leaders to the society.
This year’s Viplava festival was themed ‘Glories of Vedic India’. The energy levels of the attendees were towering high having been listening to wisdom sessions from numerous spiritual teachers during the entirety of the three-day festival. Several other events that followed were splendid performances by Prince Dance Group, Feel Crew Group, a drama by the team of Siksharthakam (YouTube Channel) and IIT Delhi students, a debate over the topic ‘Youth is meant for enjoyment or enlightenment’, traditional Musical Instruments demonstration by Gurukul Kids, and more.


Bada Business Founder & CEO Dr. Vivek Bindra graced the festival by delivering a stunning session of ‘Gita in Action’ to which the audience responded very well. Groups from 10 different states across the country made Model Exhibitions on the theme ‘Glories of Vedic India’ and the top three teams received awards from the dignitaries present.
The Youth Audience pledged to never succumb to partaking of any sort of intoxication throughout their life and at the same time try to save at least one fellow individual from the onslaught of drugs & intoxication.
The festival was the third addition to the list of World Records that Sundar Gopal Das holds to his name. The World Book of Records team awarded the World Record for ‘a mass event of maximum (5000) youth of 10 States with Indian Vedic Dress Celebrating at Govardhan, Mathura under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to make India Addiction Free.’
